- What is the Dr. Clark theory of Health vs. Disease?
Untitled Document
The following was taken directly from Dr. Clark's book "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 2-3):
ONLY TWO HEALTH PROBLEMS
No matter how long and confusing is the list of symptoms a person has, from chronic fatigue to infertility to mental problems, I am sure to find only two things wrong: they have in them pollutants and/or parasites. I never find lack of exercise, vitamin deficiencies, hormone levels or anything else to be primary causative factor. So the solution to good health is obvious:
| Problem |
Simplest Solution |
| Parasites |
Electronic and herbal treatment |
| Pollution |
Avoidance |
It's a valiant quest: The quest for health. With optimism in one hand and determination in the other, your too can work the miracles for yourself that my clients accomplished in the case histories.
More good news is that it is not expensive, the cost will range from a few hundred dollars to only a few thousand (if dental work is needed) in order to eliminate both problems and cure your chronic diseases. |

- What are Parasites?
Untitled Document
Dr. Clark uses the word "parasite" in two senses. Everything living on you or in you, not just to perch, but to take its food from you is a parasite. There are many types of parasites ranging from the medium-sized amoebae, to even smaller bacteria and the smallest of all - viruses. According to Dr. Clark Pollution in our bodies is one of the main causes for parasitical presence. There are 5 different types of pollution which create a natural habitat for all types of parasites allowing them to grow and multiply. There are 4 Clean-ups recommended by Dr. Clark to help stop pollution from entering our bodies right at the source.
A parasite is sometimes referred to as a pathogen, an infectious biological agent that causes disease or illness to its host. The term is most often used for agents that disrupt the normal physiology of a multicellular animal or plant. However, pathogens can infect unicellular organisms from all of the biological kingdoms. The term pathogen is derived from the ancient Greek and means: "that which produces suffering". There are several substrates and pathways where by pathogens can invade a host; the principal pathways have different episodic time frames, but soil contamination has the longest or most persistent potential for harboring a pathogen.

- What is Bioradiation and Zapping?
Untitled Document
Bioradiation is a natural occurring energy in the form of biological waves. Dr. Clark uses Bioradiation to describe every entity's (living or dead) ability to emit and resonate their presence much like a radio station.
The discovery of such energy is credited to the ordinary persons who put it to use well before it being accepted by scientists. People who used the "art" of kinesiology, pendulums, radionics, dousing rods and many other forms of "strange energy" have no doubt harnessed a part of bioradiation. Thanks to the intelligence of common people and their open-mindness that this type of energy has been discovered and put to use in many ways including alternative medicine. Below is a chart which outlines a few Bioradiation frequencies.
| Bioradiation Source |

Zapping is referred to Selectively Electrocuting pathogens by means of alternating between positive and zero voltage (positive offset). Dr. Clark suggests that positive voltage applied anywhere on the body attracts negatively charged things such as pathogens.
A Zapping treatment consists of 3 sessions. First session (7 minutes) targets viruses, bacteria and parasites. This is followed by a 20 minute intermission during which bacteria and viruses are released from the dying parasites and start to invade the body instead. Second session (7 minutes) is intended to target the newly released viruses and bacteria. If the second step is omitted, symptoms of a cold, sore throat or something else could be seen right away. Again, viruses are released from the dying bacteria. Third and final session (also 7 minutes) targets the last viruses released during the second stage. These 3 steps are programmed into the Zapper Deluxe 2006 automatically and there is no need to keep track of the zapping sessions and intermissions. Without the use of any program drivers, the Zapper Deluxe runs a classic zapping program which lasts 61 minutes in total.
Homemade Zappers do require timing of the 3 sessions as well as the intermissions. A schematic of a simple shoe box zapper as well as a parts list can be seen below.

- How safe is Zapping?
Untitled Document
In the book entitled "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 19-20) Dr. Clark claims to not have seen any effects on blood pressure, mental alertness, or body temperatures due to zapping. She also claims that zapping has never produced pain, although it has often stopped pain instantly. This information does not in any way prove the Zapper's safety. Even knowing that the voltage comes from a small voltage battery does not prove its safety, although it is reassuring.
As stated in the book's text, the clotting of red blood cells, platelet aggregation and functions that depend on surface charges on cells need to be investigated. But not before you can use it. Your safety lies in the short period of exposure that is necessary. Viruses and bacteria disappear in 3 minutes; tapeworm stages, flukes, roundworms in 5; and mites in 7. One need not go beyond this time, although no bad effects have been seen at any length of treatment.
Do Not Zap if You Are Pregnant Or Wearing A Pacemaker |
These situations have not been explored yet. Don't do these experiments yourself. Children as young as 8 months have been zapped with no noticeable ill effects. For them, you should weigh the possible benefits against the unknown risks. |

- What is Pollution?
Untitled Document
The following was mostly taken from Dr. Clark's book "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 36-41).
Pollutants are all the dead things around us that should not get into our body because they interfere with its work. As long as they don't penetrate our tissues, they won't interfere, like plastic eyeglasses and clothing. But if they are invasive, our body must fight to remove them. Pollution also makes our bodies an attractive place for parasites to live. There are 5 different types of pollution: Solvents, Metal Toxins, Mycotoxins, Physical Toxins and Chemical Toxins.
1) Solvents are compounds that dissolve things. Water is a useful, life giving solvent. Most other solvents dissolve fats and are life threatening, because fats form the membrane wall around each of our cells, especially the nerve cells.
Dr. Clark calls benzene the solvent that does most harm. It goes to the thymus ruining our immune system. The next worst solvent is propyl alcohol which goes to the liver and results in colonization of another distant organ. Other known solvents are: xylene, toluene, wood alcohol, methylene chloride, and trichloroethane (TCE). For a more detailed explanation of each one as well as the ailment it's associated with, please refer to the text of "The Cure for All Diseases."
2) Metal Pollution is referred to the unnatural presence of metal in our body. It is known in Biochemistry, that a mineral in raw element from always inhibits the enzyme using that mineral. Copper from the meat and vegetables you eat is essential. Inorganic copper, like you would get from a copper bottomed kettle or copper plumbing, is carcinogenic (Haleem J. Issaq, The Role of Metals in Tumor Development and Inhibition. From Carcinogenicity and Metal Ions, volume 10, page 61, of a series called Metal Ions in Biological Systems, edited by Helmut Sigel, 1980). It is the inorganic form of metal which pervades our environment. In our everyday life, metal pollution can be seen in putting metal jewellery on our skin, eating bread baked in metal pans and drinking water from metal plumbing.
Some of the most known metallic pollutants are Mercury and Thallium polluted Mercury which is often times found in Mercury amalgam dental fillings. Gold and silver seem to have fewer harmful effects, but no one should have any pure metal in or on their body.
Other prevalent toxic metals include: Lead and Cadmium from soldered and galvanized plumbing; Nickel and Chromium from dentalware and cosmetics; and Aluminum from food and drink cans, and cooking pots.
3) Mycotoxins are some of the most toxic substances known, produced by molds. One small moldy fruit or vegetable can pollute a huge batch of juice, jam or other product. Although molds are alive and can be targeted with zapping, mycotoxins are not, and must be detoxified by the liver. It is because mycotoxins are so extremely poisonous, a tiny amount can incapacitate a part of the liver for days!
Aflatoxin is the most common mycotoxin Dr. Clark detects, it is the most potent carcinogen and immunosuppressant. A heavy dose of vitamin C helps the liver recover quickly. So keeping a plastic shaker of vitamin C powder handy and using it on all food like salt, helps get rid of aflatoxin and other mycotoxins before they are consumed, right at the source.
Here are some other mycotoxins Dr. Clark has searched for in our foods. They are: zearalenone, sterigmatocystin, cytochalasin B, kojic acid, T-2 toxin, sorghum molds, and patulin. For a more detailed description of each one and their origin, please refer to the text of "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 381-393).
4) Physical Toxins are mostly toxins that enter our body through breathing in the form of dust. Our bodies reject such toxins by sneezing, coughing, spitting up and out. Some of these toxins are sharp like glass or a needle. Imagine an open pin traveling through the body, if the tip of the pin was blunt, it could easily travel trough the intestine. But because it is sharp it gets caught in our tissues, then works its way deeper and deeper. A couple of examples of physical toxins are fiberglass and asbestos.
5) Chemical Toxins are toxins that enter our body through means of direct or indirect contact, consumption as well as inhalation. Some known chemical toxins include chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or Freon (used commonly in air conditioning and refrigerator coils), arsenic (sometimes used in pesticides), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs - oily compounds with wonderfully useful electrical properties; originally used in transformers until their inability to break down into less toxic substances in our environment was spotlighted), formaldehyde (mainly used to cure foam).
Dr. Clark encourages the reader to question the toxicity of every paint, varnish, wax, lubricant, bleach and detergent. She puts forth a number of recipes for safe, old-fashioned, alternatives to these every day necessities in her book "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 513-560).

- What are the 4 Clean-ups recommended by Dr. Clark?
Untitled Document
The following was mostly taken from Dr. Clark's book "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 409-456).
Chronic health problems are not due to exposures of the past. They are ongoing. Your body is constantly fighting to remove pollutants. In order to stay sick, you must be constantly sesupplied! These 4 Clean-ups: Dental, Diet, Body and Home, are aimed at removing parasites and pollutants at their source. Only then can your body heal.
1. Dental Clean-up
Here are some simple questions to ask your current dentist (or when seeking a new one) as they are listed by Dr. Clark in her cure book (page 410) to help make sure you have a dentist that understands the importance of a healthy mouth, but more so understands the importance of preventing potential damage to your immune system.
| Question |
Answer |
| Do you place mercury fillings? |
The correct answer is NO. If they do, they probably don't have enough experience in the use of non-metal composites. |
| Do you do root canals? |
The correct answer is NO. If they do, they do not understand good alternative dentistry. |
| Do you remove amalgam tattoos? |
The correct answer is YES. Tattoos are pieces of mercury left in the gum tissue. |
| Do you treat cavitations? |
The correct answer is YES, by cleaning them |
Most dental offices will not be able to answer all the questions above correctly, find the right dentist even if you have to travel.
Normal treatment cost is about $1,000 for replacement of 6 to 8 metal fillings including the examination and X-rays. For people with a metal filling in every tooth, or for the extraction of all teeth (plus dentures), it may be up to $3,000 (or more in some places).
The guidelines for a healthy mouth as summarized by Dr. Clark are: 1) Remove all metal from the mouth; and 2) Remove all infected teeth and clean cavitations. Please refer to the text of "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 409-420) for the complete description and proper procedures of the Dental Clean-up.
2. Diet Clean-up
The following was taken largely from Dr. Clark's book entitled "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 420-435). It is nearly impossible to make all the right choices when it comes to a proper diet, let the guidelines on various diet aspects in this section presented by Dr. Clark help you make better choices when consuming food and beverages.
Meals
| Breakfast |
Option 1: Cook hot, salt free cereals like cream of wheat, oats, millet, corn meal, or cream of rice from scratch (avoid cold cereals due to solvents and molds). Add your own (non-aluminum) salt and a pinch of vitamin C before cooking. Use honey or raw brown sugar to sweeten. Use boiled whipping cream or butter (unsalted and not wrapped in foil is best) mixed in if you need to gain weight.
Option 2: Start the day with fried potatoes, an egg, and a glass of sterilized (boiled for 10 seconds) milk (2% or higher in butterfat to allow calcium absorption). Cholesterol is not a concern if Liver Cleanses are performed regularly.
|
| Lunch |
Cook from scratch. Avoid canned, packaged or frozen items to make some recipe. Try cooking two or three vegetables for lunch and eating them with butter and salt or homemade sauces. Bread (fresh from the bakery) and milk (sterilized) is a good addition, plus fruit (not canned or frozen). Soup is a nice change. Cook soups with all the vegetables you can find. Avoid starting with a package or a cube for a broth (use onion, fresh herbs like thyme and fenugreek add a nice zest).
If this is too much work, make fresh vegetable juice and freeze enough to have a glass at lunch together with bread and sterilized milk or homemade yogurt.
|
| Dinner |
Cook from scratch. Emphasize fish for animal food (try to cut in half your beef, pork, turkey and chicken consumption, and only eat these well done). Wash your hands thoroughly after handling raw meat or eggs.
Make your own salad and salad dressing (olive oil, fresh lemon juice or white distilled vinegar, honey, salt and herbs to flavour). In case of weak digestion, make vegetable or fruit juice.
Cook real potatoes, not instant. Peel them to get rid of Kojic acid (mycotoxin) and scopolamine (the green part). Make mashed potatoes from scratch, with sterilized milk, not box potatoes, nor chips nor French fries (due to large amounts on nickel in hydrogenated fats). Do not wrap potatoes in foil to cook them, coat with butter or olive oil. Don't eat the peels.
|
Beverages
| Milk |
2% or higher, drink three 8oz glasses a day. Sterilize by boiling for 10 seconds. Alternate brands to see which you like better. Buttermilk and homemade yogurt is fine too. If problems digesting milk exist, try a milk digestant and start with 1/4 cup at a time. Avoid milk if serious symptoms, like swelling, colitis, flu, or chronic diarrhea are seen. |
| Water |
Drink 2 pints a day. Drink one pint upon rising in the morning, the other in the afternoon. Cold tap water may bring you cadmium, copper or lead, but it is safer than purchased water, which inevitably has solvents in it. An inexpensive pure carbon filter that is replaced every month may improve your tap water. For best results keep the carbon filter sterile by soaking in diluted grain alcohol weekly. |
| Fruit juices |
Drink fresh squeezed only. All store bought juice has solvent traces in it. Buy a sturdy juicer, select completely unbruised fruit, wash with plain water and make your own juice. Make enough for a week, freeze it in half pint (non-clear) plastic bottles. For a stronger taste, leave some of the peel in the juice. |
| Vegetable juices |
Drink fresh or frozen only. Start with carrot juice. Peel them, not scrape (it's easy to miss small dirt spots) to remove all the blemishes, then rinse. Drink 1/2 glass a day. After you are accustomed to this, add other vegetables and greens to make up half of it. Use celery, green lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, beet, squash, tomato etc. Then drink one glass a day. |
| Herb teas |
Drink only fresh or bulk purchased (try to stick to one ingredient at a time - avoid mixed herbal teas). Tea bag varieties are moldy. Buy a non-metal (bamboo is common) tea strainer. Sweeten with honey or raw brown sugar with vitamin C added. |
| Homemade |
|
Try avoiding commercial beverages due to traces of solvents left over from the manufacturing process. See page 429 of the text "The Cure for All Diseases" for a complete list of solvents Dr. Clark finds in varieties of commercial beverages.
Food Preparation
Cook food in glass, enamel, ceramic or microwavable pots and pans. Throw away all metal ware, foil wrap and metal-capped salt shakers. If you don't plan to fry much (once a week), you might keep the Teflon or Silverstone coated fry-pan, otherwise get an enamel coated metal pan. Stir food with wood or plastic, not metal. Do not store food and beverages in styrofoam (styrene is toxic). For more details on food preparation please refer to pages 430-431 of the text "The Cure for All Diseases."
Food Guidelines
It is impossible to remember everything about every food, but in general do not buy foods that are highly processed. Also choose brands with the shortest list of ingredients. Alternate brands every time you shop to see which one suits you best. Here are a few foods; see if you can guess whether they should be in your diet or not.
| Breads |
YES, but only from a bakery, and never wrapped in plastic |
| Toast |
NO, if made in the toaster. It has benzopyrene and tungsten. YES, if made on a cookie sheet or in a frying pan. |
| Cheese |
YES, if used in baked dishes.
|
| Chicken |
YES, but cooked thoroughly. The safest way is to cook for 20 minutes at boiling point, as in soup. |
| Wine with dinner |
NO, but if you must, sprinkle some vitamin C to kill the ergot (mycotoxin). |
| Peanut butter |
YES, the safest peanut butter is the one you grind yourself, but in any case add 1/4 tsp. vitamin C to a jar of peanut butter (mix well) to kill mold. |
| Cottage cheese |
NO, it can't be sterilized easily. |
| Desserts |
YES, but again, only if flavoured with safe extracts. |
| Rice |
YES, if vitamin C is added before cooking. Use white only, brown is too moldy. |
| Pasta |
YES, with homemade sauce and vitamin C added. |
| Jell-O |
NO, it has artificial flavour and colour. |
| Egg dishes |
YES, but not "imitation", cholesterol-free or cholesterol-reduced varieties. |
| Fish, seafood |
YES! Cook well, leave bone in while cooking. |
| Soy foods (tofu) |
NO. It's the extensive processing that taints it. |
| Soup |
YES, if seasoned only with herbs (no bouillon cube). |
| Sugar |
YES, turbinado (paler than brown sugar) or raw brown if treated with vitamin C for molds. |
| Herb tea |
YES, if not in a bag and not in a mixture of herbs. |
| Cheesecake |
YES. |
Dining Out
Restaurants (excluding fast food) are generally quite safe to eat at. Here are some do's and don'ts. DO carry your own aluminum-free salt and vitamin C powder with you. DO ask for plastic cutlery. DO drink water from the tap. DO ask for boiled, not just steamed milk. DON'T eat or drink from styrofoam. If getting food "to go," get it in clear plastic containers, or ask them to line the styrofoam container with paper or plastic wrap and line the styrofoam cup with a plastic baggy. DON'T use their ketchup and condiments (they have been standing out too long). Below is a table of things that are generally safe to order:
| Pancakes, French toast, waffles |
Don't use their imitation syrup (has benzoate), use honey instead. |
| Eggs |
Any style except soft boiled and scrambled. The white should be solid. |
| Hash browns |
If lightly fried, not deep fried (due to nickel pollution in the hydrogenated fats used)
|
| Soup |
Only if nothing else is available. (It probably came in a can and was cooked in an aluminum pot and is full of aluminized salt.) |
| Vegetarian sandwiches |
Yes, but no soy products (too processed). |
| Baked or boiled potatoes |
Use only cheese sauce, bring your own salt, and don't eat the skin. |
| Cooked vegetables |
Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, beets, corn, squash, and so forth. |
| Vegetable salads |
Don't eat the croutons, bacon bits, and anything that doesn't look fresh. |
| Vegetarian dishes |
But no soy ingredients and/or sauces. Fresh ketchup is OK. |
| Bread and biscuits |
White only, not toasted, not "cholesterol-free" varieties. |
| Fish and seafood |
Anything but deep fried (the oil may have benzene) is fine: baked, steamed, fish cakes, seafood cocktails, etc. |
| Mexican food |
Any of the numerous baked dishes. |
| Chinese food |
Except dishes with tofu or MSG. |
| Fruit cup |
With honey and cinnamon. |
| Fruit pies, cobblers |
But not with ice cream (every flavour has benzene). |
| Lemon or lime meringue pie |
Indulge yourself. |
Few Extra Tips
| Calcium Intake |
Eat homemade yogurt with honey or homemade preserves. For a good daily calcium intake, 3 cups of sterilized milk product are necessary. Homemade buttermilk is fine. If milk is hard to digest, try a milk digestant tablet with it. Start with 1/4 cup at a time. Do not choose chocolate milk. Calcium tablets are not a good substitute. Vegetables are high in calcium, but only in freshly squeezed juice. Fish is high in calcium, but it is all in the tiny bones hidden in the fish (don't try to remove them). Canned salmon has lots of calcium; tuna does not. On the day you eat fish, milk product is not needed. Sterilized goat milk is better than cow milk, but harder to get used to. |
| Dieting |
Never diet during illness. This is a rule based on common sense. A weight-loss diet must wait at least two years. |
| Fatigued? |
Going off caffeine would be a wise choice (due to oxalic acid content) in the long run. Possible fatigue and headaches may arise from the withdrawal (usually last about 10 days). If headache medicine is necessary, make sure that it is caffeine free (vitamin B2 is a good substitute for pain reliever). For energy, try one Arginine (500 mg) upon rising in the morning and before lunch. Soon you won't need it. An Herbal Parasite Cleanse as well as zapping also helps restore energy. |
3. Body Clean-up
Most of us are fortunate enough to have the freedom to dress in a variety of style, use make-up or no make-up, jewellery or no jewellery, any kind of hair style, any kind of shoes. Dr. Clark recommends going off every cosmetic and body product that you are now using. Various pollutants such as titanium, zirconium, benzalkonium, bismuth, antimony, barium, strontium, aluminum, tin, chromium, benzene and PCBs have been found by Dr. Clark in numerous body products. Most commercial salves, ointments, soaps, lotions, colognes, perfumes, massage oils, deodorants, mouthwash, toothpaste, even when touted as "herbal" and health-food-type should be carefully inspected for their ingredients. Same goes for most supplements. The best case scenario would be to replace all commercial products with natural, homemade products and use only Safe Supplements (see first chart below). There are many recipes for homemade body products (made with Other Common Ingredients - see second chart below) listed in Dr. Clark's book "The Cure for All Diseases" in the "Recipes for Natural Body Products" section (pages 525-540).
Due to the sensitivity of this issue we can only provide a limited amount of information. We recommend that you acquire the book "The Cure for All Diseases" or at least get a hold of a copy and look at pages 435-444 (Body Clean-up section). The information contained in the two of the following charts is for the most part taken from the text "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 441-444).
Safe Supplements
| Vitamin C, crystal form |
A must in anyone's lifestyle. Helps the liver, and possibly other organs, detoxify things. Helps retard mold and perhaps destroys the aflatoxins. Keep handy in a plastic shaker. Add 1/8 tsp. to maple syrup, vinegar, cooked cereal, peanut butter, sugar, salt, fruit juice, alcohol and leftovers. Have 1/4 tsp. (1 gram) with each meal. |
| Vitamin B2, 100 mg |
Helps detoxify benzene, is a good pain reliever and aids with protection from damaging UV rays. Take one to three a day. Take 3 tablets three times a day if restoring your immunity is a priority. |
| Vitamin B6, 250 mg & B-complex, 50 mg |
Undoubtedly these help the liver and kidneys in many ways. One a day.
|
| Magnesium oxide, 300 mg |
Is another must. Take one or two a day. It is a major mineral; all of our cells need lots of it. Magnesium helps the kidneys, helps our bodies absorb calcium and is used as a short-term laxative. Another good source of magnesium is leafy vegetables. |
| Hydrogen peroxide, food grade |
Hydrogen peroxide helps kill viruses and bacteria to some extent on a daily basis when used as toothpaste for a mouth that is free of metal fillings. It should never come in contact with metal, including its container or metal tooth fillings. |
| Herbs |
These are excellent supplements, both in bulk and capsules, but not extracts, concentrates, or concoctions. There are many books that describe their uses. |
| Thioctic acid or lipoic acid, 100 mg |
Presumably this chelates (traps and prepares for elimination) heavy metals, and helps the liver in detoxifying obscure and deadly poisons. Everyone would benefit from 100 mg. per day. Dr. Clark uses it on her patients in doses from one capsule, 3 times a day, to 2 capsules, 5 times a day with no side effects, even in very sick persons. |
| Lugol's iodine solution, unless allergic to iodine |
This is the "Old Fashioned Iodine" with many beneficial characteristics as long as there is no allergy to it. If there is an allergy to it, results could be fatal. Use Lugol's to kill vicious bacteria like Salmonella (exactly 6 drops per 1/2 glass of water, stir with wood or plastic and drink all at once). This dose can be taken 4 times a day for 3 days in a row (after meals and at bedtime). In the past 2/3 of a teaspoon (60 drops) of Lugol's was the standard dose of iodine given to persons with thyroid disease. Stop using Lugol's after symptoms are cleared up. Keep out of reach of children. |
| Turmeric and fennel |
These are cooking spices. They are known to eradicate E. coli and Shigella bacteria. They are completely harmless, and are part of the Bowel Cleanse. |
| Other supplements |
The concept of supplementing the diet is excellent, but the pollution problem makes it prohibitive. Use only supplements and brands recommended in "Sources" in the text "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 581-587), although the best approach is to test them yourself with your Syncrometer. Dr. Clark cannot guarantee the brands in "Sources" will stay pure. If in doubt, leave it out. |
Other Common Ingredients (for body and household products)
| Borax (like 20 Mule Team Borax) |
Used for all types of cleaning including your body, laundry, dishes and the house. Used for making liquid soap, homemade shampoo and is great for every type of mess that is not too greasy. Great for use in the dishwasher (2 tsp. pre-dissolved in water). |

4. Home Clean-up
This is the easiest task because it mostly involves throwing things out. Hopefully your family and friends will jump in to your assistance. To sum it up: 1) The basement gets cleaned; 2) The garage gets cleaned; and 3) Every room in the house gets cleaned. The following was taken largely from Dr. Clark's book entitled "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 444-450).
Your Basement
Remove all paint, varnish, thinners, brush cleaners, and related supplies. Remove all cleaners such as carpet cleaner, leather cleaner, rust remover. Remove all chemicals that are in cans, bottles or buckets.
You may keep your laundry supplies: borax, washing (or baking soda), white distilled vinegar, bleach and homemade soap. You may keep canned goods, tools, items that are not chemicals. You may move your chemicals to your garage. Also move any car tires and automotive supplies like waxes, oil, transmission fluid, and spare gas can (even if empty) into your garage or discard them.
Seal cracks in the basement and around pipes where they come through the wall with black plastic roofing cement. In a few days it will be hard enough to caulk with a prettier colour. Spread a sheet of plastic over the sewer or sump pump.
Your Garage
Do you have a garage that is a separate building from your home? This is the best arrangement. You can move all the basement chemicals into this garage. Things that will freeze, such as latex paint, you may as well discard. But if your garage is attached, you may have a problem. It would be wise not to use the door between the house and the garage, no matter how inconvenient that may seem. Walk around the outside. Your house acts as a chimney for the garage (the house is taller and warmer and the air from the garage is pulled upward). If the garage is under the house, it is difficult to keep pollution from entering your home. Leave cars and lawnmowers outside and store cans of gasoline, solvents etc. in a separate shed.
Special Clean-up for Freon (CFCs), Fiberglass and Asbestos
For performing these 3 important clean-up please refer to the text "The Cure for All Diseases" (pages 446-447).
Your House
To clean the house, start with the bedroom. Remove everything that has any smell to it: candles, potpourri, colognes, perfumes and especially plug-in air "fresheners". Store them in the garage, not in the basement. Do not sleep in a bedroom that is paneled or has wallpaper. They give off arsenic and formaldehyde.
Next, clean the kitchen. Take all cans and bottles of chemicals out from under the sink or in a closed. Move them to the garage. Keep only the borax, washing soda (baking soda), white distilled vinegar and homemade soap. Remove all cans, bottles, roach and ant killer, moth balls, and chemicals that kill insects or mice. These should not be stored anywhere and should be thrown out. Remember to check the crawl space, attic and closets for hidden poisons too. To keep out mice, walk all around your house, stuffing holes and cracks with steel wool. Use old fashioned mouse traps.
Remove all cans and bottles of "stuff" from the bathroom. Leave only the borax soap, homemade soap, and grain alcohol antiseptic. Toilet paper and tissues should be unfragranced and uncoloured. All colognes, after shave, anything you can smell must be removed. Family members should only buy unfragranced products.
Most of this may sound unrealistic, but for a truly sick person it may make the world of difference. For the complete instructions of making your home pollution free please refer to Dr. Clarks book "The Cure for All Diseases", "Home Clean-up" section (pages 444-455). |

- What is the main idea behind Dr. Clark healing?
Untitled Document
Dr. Clark uses alternative therapies which include Body Cleanses, consumption of herbs and supplements, special pollution clean-ups among many other techniques which are described in detail in her books. Another widely used technique used in Dr. Clark healing is the use of bioradiation for diagnosis as well as selectively electrocuting parasites. |

- How do I kill parasites?
Untitled Document
Dr. Clark mainly uses 2 techniques to kill parasites.
First is the Herbal Parasite Cleanse which involves taking in orally of some supplements. This is done according to the 18 Day Cleanse Handy Chart. The Herbal Parasite Cleanse presumably reaches deep into our cells and organs; it is meant to boost the immune system allowing your body to heal itself and fight off any invaders.
Second technique involves using Selective Electrocution (a.k.a. Zapping) which according to Dr. Clark takes care of parasites that are on the outer walls of organs and in cell trap-doors, but not in cells themselves; only your immune system can do that over time. |

- How do my kidneys work and how can a Kidney Treatment help?
Untitled Document
Your kidneys are bean-shaped organs, each about the size of your fist. They are located near the middle of your back, just below the rib cage. The kidneys are sophisticated reprocessing machines. Every day, your kidneys process about 200 quarts of blood to sift out approximately two quarts of waste products and extra water. Since the kidneys are essentially filters, it makes good sense to clean these filters with a periodic kidney cleanse. A proper diet, as well as a periodic Kidney Treatment (mostly known as the Dr. Clark Kidney Cleanse), is essential to the health of the kidneys.
Unlike the liver, the kidneys do not regenerate themselves. The Dr. Clark Kidney Cleanse contains herbs traditionally used to help nutritionally support the normal cleansing of the kidneys of waste materials. |

- What is the Liver Flush and what are its benefits?
Untitled Document
The Liver Flush is a homeopathic way of removing gallstones without surgery. The Liver Flush is often referred to as "Liver Cleanse" and it is based on a recipe invented by herbalists hundreds if not thousands of years ago; Dr. Hulda Clark merely perfected the recipe. The two main ingredients are Epsom Salts and Ornithine. Other ingredients are: water, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice and virgin olive oil. For best results Dr. Clark recommends completing the Herbal Parasite Program and if possible the Kidney Cleanse before attempting a Liver Flush.
Cleansing the liver of gallstones dramatically improves digestion, which is the basis of your whole health; helps get rid of allergies, more and more with each cleanse that is performed; and helps eliminate shoulder, upper arm, and upper back pain. As a result, many p | | | | |
